The ordering process
Original Paintings
Purchasing a piece of original art is a special occasion. I want to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
Each order will be personally dealt with and handled securely and with care.
Original artwork will be packed and shipped within 5 working days from my studio in South Wales.
Within the UK, pieces are sent by courier (DHL/Parcelforce) depending on size and weight.

How is payment made?
All purchases made direct through the website are done via Shopify in British Pounds Sterling.
Shipping
I have placed my order, how long until I receive my artwork?
Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping but please allow 7-10 working days in total. If for some reason your delivery hasn’t arrived in the expected time please contact me so we can investigate the situation.
You will receive a tracking number once your painting is received by our courier, which will keep you informed of when your painting will be delivered.
In-person collections
If you live in the South Wales and would like to visit to collect your artwork in person, please email and we can arrange a time for your visit.
Delivery charges
The delivery costs are estimated at checkout unless stated in the artwork info.
How much does it cost to deliver the largest paintings?
Some couriers have limits on dimensions, so certain pieces can have individual requirements.
Delivery costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – this will be calculated at checkout.
Please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched.
International Deliveries
I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location.
If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service.
Message me with your details and the piece you would like, and I can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country.
Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
Returns
Please contact me within 14 days via email to request a refund, if you don't like your painting. Hopefully this won't happen, but if it does, please contact me as soon as possible. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you.
The full cost of the return delivery is your responsibility. Please use a tracking service. Once the artwork has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully and securely packaged. The artwork will be insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery.
If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch via email.
Alternatively, if the artwork is damaged inside, please contact me within 7 days and please send photos of the damage so that we can discuss a solution.
I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK at present.
When ordering Original Artwork, please allow 10 days for your order to ship.
Ordering Prints
My print partner, The Print Space handles all of my orders. Following your order, their specialist printers will print, package and despatch your order via Royal Mail recorded services. UK mainland orders can be expected within 5 working days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking code as soon as it has been despatched.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs delays.
EU customers will not be subject to customs charges or delays as The Print Space also ship from within the EU.
The Print Space have achieved 100% carbon neutral status. They ship using plain, secure and fully recyclable/biodegradable materials.
When the order reaches The Print Space - they are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends.
As these are custom-printed items, they are non-refundable unless they have arrived damaged or not as stated.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details from Shopify, and shipped items will receive confirmation from The Print Space.
If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or get in contact.
If you need any assistance with your order, please get in touch with me immediately. I will not be able to change your order after it has been printed (this usually happens within a few hours).
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.
I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, I will work with The Print Space to try and get it sent to you asap. There are no refunds as these are custom print orders.
The Print Space ship direct from different countries worldwide, meaning (most) countries will not receive import duties or custom fees. However, a few packages may still be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.
I am not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If you're ordering around a busy time - Christmas etc., please allow additional time for your order to arrive.

From November, overseas orders shipped via Royal Mail could take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please order with plenty of time to avoid disappointment. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please email with your order number and tracking info.
